For optimal performance, shake the pen before each use and store flat with cap closed tightly. If the brush tip starts to feel dry, simply wipe with a damp paper towel to re-activate ink flow. Applying setting powder and allowing eyeliner to dry fully will minimize smudging on more oily eyelids.
